Both players will be in action again today as they bid to make the third round of the championship.
Nadal will be playing Ricardas Berankis of Lithuania on Centre Court once Katie Boulter’s match with Karolina Pliskova has been completed.
Meanwhile, Tsitsipas is first up on No 1 Court, as he takes on Jordan Thompson at 1pm.

Nadal overcame a brief scare in his first round match against the Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, eventually winning 6-4 6-3 3-6 6-4.
The Spaniard has won Wimbledon twice before, though not since 2010 and hasn’t reached the final since the year after.
The Lithuanian world number 90 stands in his way of a third round spot, with the two players having met just once before.
Nadal won that match in Melbourne 6-2 7-5 earlier this year.
Tsitsipas, meanwhile, also had to overcome a slight worry in the first round as he defeated the Swiss qualifier Alexander Ritschard 7-6 6-3 5-7 6-4.
The Greek is seeded at number four for this year’s championships but this is only his second time ever making into round two at SW19.
The 23-year-old’s best Wimbledon result was reaching the fourth round back in 2018.
He has only met today’s opponent, Thompson, Australia’s world number 70, once before in his career, with the Greek coming out on top 6-3 7-6 at ATP Washington back in 2019.
