The “cruel and callous” murderer of 16-month-old Star Hobson has vowed to appeal her sentence claiming it was her former girlfriend who dealt the fatal blow.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, it also emerged Savanna Brockhill, 28, has reportedly spent thousands of pounds on gifts for her relatives since being jailed.
Two of the former bouncer and amateur boxer’s young nephews are said to have received diamond-encrusted Rolexes, costing £9,000 apiece.
Brockhill, who is serving a life sentence for the torture and murder of her girlfriend’s daughter, dimissed reports that a fellow inmate had scalded her with ‘prison napalm’ – a mixture of boiling water and sugar.
It also emerged the child-murderer whiles away her days at HMP Styal in Cheshire working as a cleaner and enjoys the luxury of her own room with a TV, wardrobe, en-suite washing facilities and an idyllic view.
“It’s situated around woods and stuff, so birds and squirrels come and it’s nice to see… ‘It’s not inhumane,” she said.
